Since 1981, James has developed considerable expertise in providing group insurance products and services on behalf of corporate and industry plan sponsors. His thorough understanding of benefits and the insurance market place enables him to meet the specialized needs of clients.

In addition to a degree in business and economics from the University of Western Ontario, James has his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Dalhousie University. James is also a Fellow of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
