James F. Lockhart, B.A.,CEBS - President

Since 1981, James has developed considerable expertise in providing
group insurance products and services on behalf of corporate and industry plan sponsors.
His thorough understanding of benefits and the insurance market place enables him to
meet the specialized needs of clients.
In addition to a degree in business and economics from the University
of Western Ontario, James has recently been designated a Certified Employee Benefit
Specialist (CEBS) by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Dalhousie
University and is a member of the 2005 class of graduates.

Dorothy Hyde – Client Services – Agency Distribution
Dorothy has many years of experience in providing administration support and communications to
plan members with major corporations. Her educational background includes the Certified Employee
Benefits program through Humber College in addition to other professional courses. Dorothy provides
communication and support to the National Agency Distribution System, along with day to day client
services regarding administration of various plans.
Diane Bridgeman - Group Benefits Administrator
Diane has expert knowledge of all aspects of employee benefits administration through a 30 year
career with various insurers. Her educational background includes specialized training in customer
service and several courses from the Life Management Institute. Diane provides day to day client
services related to resolution of administrative concerns and claims inquiry.
